We should know that at ordinary times, the system does not enable the SynAttackProtect mechanism. It only enables and adjusts the TCP/IP protocol stack when SYN attacks are detected. In order to send out the hash value, some bits of cookies will reduce the upper limit value of MSS (Maximum Segment Length) contained in SYN and affect the index bits that identify the native password bits in the hash value.
