《诡宅魅影》讲述的是民国时期被父母寄居在吴宅的小莲（瑶瑶）因长期遭受吴老爷虐待迫害，导致人格分裂，陷入四重人格。由于吴老爷与土匪勾结，小莲即将被灭口之际，幸得吴宅老管家（李子雄饰演）搭救才幸免于难。而此时的小莲已经得了失心疯，得知妹妹悲惨遭遇后，远在国外学习心理学的哥哥决定回国，帮助小莲进行心理治疗。他对小莲进行了催眠，将小莲再度带回吴家大院，并实地还原囚禁场景，小莲在哥哥和吴家老管家的帮助下，战胜了失心疯，找回自我，恢复了健康。
