席小良被神驼左灵所救，数月後赫然发现已怀有罗祖骨肉石生（黄文豪饰）。席小良本想一死了之，但念骨肉无辜而打算待孩子出生後才自行了断。怎料孩子在娘胎时已染有其父罗祖身上剧毒，日後因剧毒而使皮肤起变化，痛苦不堪。席小良承受不住儿子病发时的痛苦而把他付托给左灵，求他好好照料。
剧集的故事主要发生在某个不定的历史年代，地点是虚构的邻近京城的下河县里的“清明酒家”。故事围绕精明能干的孙掌柜（谢园饰演），自命不凡的张郎，油滑机灵的刘三儿和孙掌柜嫁不出来的女儿如花展开，同时带入他们身边的形形色色的人物，如常常来“清明酒家”走动的下河县师爷苏东（游本昌饰演），时不时来传传小道消息的“退休干部”周员外。形形色色的人因为这样那样的原因和别人打着交道，因为情感、原则、利益、地位、风俗等说大不大说小不小的问题产生矛盾，产生笑话。日复一日，家长里短，意料之外，情理之中，折射出的却是人情冷暖，是是非非。
讲述了毫无灵力却元气满满的废柴女路卿卿与表面纨绔却睿智暖心的傲娇王爷南宫一昕的故事。

The concept of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode can be traced back to the 1960s and 1970s. In 1965, the Northern California Children's Development Center put forward a plan to develop a multidisciplinary diagnosis and consultation clinic for mentally retarded children, and stressed the importance of multidisciplinary cooperation in the clinic. In 1993, Britain applied the multidisciplinary cooperation model to community health care work, and proposed that medical work should change from the original one-way service model provided by a single doctor to a patient-centered multidisciplinary cooperation medical model. In 1997, the International Colorectal Cancer Working Group (IWGCRC) recommended MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for colorectal cancer patients in all European and American hospitals, and strictly stipulated the composition of MDT. Since then, MDT model has gradually been promoted and perfected in Germany, France, Italy, the United States and other countries where medical centers are relatively large. In 2000, the Commonwealth Government emphasized the importance of MDT in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients in the National Cancer Plan, pointing out that the close cooperation of MDT members can increase the survival rate of patients. At present, many cancer diagnosis and treatment guidelines in Europe and the United States stipulate that all patients with confirmed tumors must undergo relevant MDT consultation before receiving treatment. MDT model has become an important part of the medical system of European and American hospitals. With the accumulation of a large number of successful experiences of MDT, MDT, a medical model, is not only gradually accepted and valued by everyone, but also its connotation is continuously enriched and improved under the modern hospital management concept.
