Fu Confucian Temple is located in Pan Palace, Zhongshan Road, Licheng District. It is a typical Song Dynasty double-eaved temple style, with a beam-lifting wooden frame, overlapping arches, vertical and horizontal beams, and carved with little dragons, birds and animals, flowers and vegetation. The pillars of the temple are all stone, with a terrace in front, a handrail on the wings, and a tunnel on the lower side to worship the court.
